Cancellation Policy

I require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment without a call, you will be charged for half of your session cost, which will be added to the charge of your next session, and will require payment in advance.

If you arrive late to your appointment, it may be necessary to shorten your appointment if there is another scheduled right after. I will do my best to accomodate timing, but you will still be charged for the full session.

These policies are in place to respect both your time and mine. Please plan accordingly for your appointment! Emergency cancellations will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Below is the Client Bill of Rights, which is yours to keep. When you add your signature at the bottom of the Intake Form, you are agreeing to the Client Bill of Rights below, so I suggest at least reading it before signing your intake form.
